Keyboard Warriors provides a platform for users to engage in ranked 1v1 debating battles and improve their typing and debate skills through competitive gameplay.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Keyboard Warriors and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator and shall take place in Liverpool, England.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
